The other day J. F. Sebastian flazzummed a cool blog, Geekologie. Their tagline is " - Gadgets, Gizmos, and Awesome" . . . and it's 100% accurate. The other day Magneto came across TK421's Post.



If you're a Star Wars fan, you'll get the reference in the site's name. This guy's site has a little bit of everything that's cool. Scroll to the bottom and there's a bunch of links:

"Femme" has what you'd expect: pics of hott chicks. Like so:



"Sounds" also has what you'd expect: lots of cool .wav clips, mostly from movies.

There's a bunch of stuff about old-school fantasy roleplaying games, a section on Lord of the Rings, jokes, you name it. Check it out.

My recent Cute Flickr Chick of the Day post, which had a lovely photo by cacahuete_sr, received this anonymous comment:

Hello,

I did not receive any request to use this photo on your blog. Can you please remove it and confirm when you have? Thanks :)

Problem is, Mr. Anonymous didn't leave any contact info, so I don't know if he's actually cacahuete_sr, and I can't confirm taking down the pic.

So here's the deal, Mr. cacahuete_sr: if you give me some kind of contact info so I can confirm taking down the pic, I'll gladly take it down and send you a confirmation. Otherwise, I'll assume the anonymous comment is just a prank. (Hell, it's prolly just J. F. Sebastian trying to mess with my head!)

bOING bOING's Xeni Jardin sums it up perfectly:

There is no part of this trailer that is not made of awesome. A robot geisha transforms into a tank. Two robot geishas (I guess) spew poison milk (don't ask) out of their titties at an opponent. A girl gets stabbed to death in the butt with a giant sword. Robot girls make giant swords pop out of their butts, presumably with which to stab other people in their butts. "Bust Machine Gun." And a dude is blinded with tempura shrimp.

While the trailer is super awesome, I don't think I'd want to watch a full-length movie of that stuff.
